Carlo's is an independent Italian restaurant in Haslemere, Surrey and also Petersfield, Hamsphire serving a menu rooted in familiar Italian dishes and generous, informal dining.
The commission was to create photography for their brand new menu for Petersfield, capturing finished dishes alongside the details, ingredients and serving moments that bring the food to life.

The glisten of olive oil on freshly toasted focaccia bread, pasta lifted from the plate, a spoon through sauce or the texture of freshly prepared ingredients. Often it’s the smallest details that make food feel irresistible.
Alongside the finished dishes, the photography captures these serving moments, textures and details to bring a little more movement and appetite to the story.
