    £200 + VAT

    Available for properties up to 2 bedrooms (not exceeding 2,000 sq. ft.).

    Shooting time at the property will be approximately 2 hours to produce a minimum of 10–12 images.

    Standard Home

    £300 + VAT

    Available for properties up to 3 or 4 bedrooms (not exceeding 4,000 sq. ft.).

    Shooting time at the property will be approximately 3–4 hours to produce a minimum of 18-20 images.

    Large Home

    £450 + VAT

    Available for properties up to 5 bedrooms (not exceeding 5,000 sq. ft.).

    Shooting time at the property will be approximately 5–6 hours to produce a minimum of 28–30 images.

  • Estate Photography

    starting from £600 + VAT

    Available for properties with over 6 bedrooms (exceeding 7,500 sq. ft.).

    Shooting time at the property will need to be assessed but will be a minimum of 7–8 hours with the number of images to be agreed.

Property Photography FAQs

  • No, Sequoia Studios do not charge travel expenses.

  • Generally, I work on residential property photography projects within a 25 mile radius from home, which covers most of Hampshire and Surrey as well as parts of Sussex, Berkshire and Wiltshire.

    However, I will consider most projects on its individual merits, no matter where your property is located. I've worked across the UK, Europe and the United States, so wherever your property is located, get in touch today.

  • No, property styling is not included. Of course, we are happy to make minor adjustments to present your property in the best possible way but the property should be clean, tidy and styled accordingly ahead of my arrival.

    Styling on properties can be offered please see rates offered above. This does not include cleaning, tidying or removal of personal items such as artwork/postcards on fridge doors.

  • Post-shoot retouching is an essential part of the process, which will be expertly done using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop. Minor touchup adjustments may be necessary including blurring personal photographs and/or car registration plates.

    However, to ensure that your property is honestly depicted, we will not remove objects that form part of the normal environment, such as lampposts, postboxes, overhead power lines or fences. This will avoid misleading potential buyers or prospective tenants.
